Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Spanish Speaking) to work remotely within the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive platform adoption and ensure customers realize maximum value from the solutions
  • Develop strong relationships to increase customer retention and satisfaction
  • Handle client escalations and provide ongoing engagement and support
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of mid-market accounts (100-200 accounts)
  • Native-level proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
