Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience in the Telecommunications Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers throughout their lifecycle, from implementation to adoption of the Sitetracker platform
  • Identify business objectives and align Sitetracker's capabilities with customer goals
  • Own customer onboarding, user adoption, and customer advocacy to ensure customer retention

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Experience working with enterprise accounts, ideally $250k+ ARR
  • Ability to demonstrate a solution's value to a customer and create a high-touch communication plan
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of a deployed solution
  • Passion and enthusiasm for customer success
