Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - UK (French Speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the implementation lifecycle for regional customers, ensuring timely onboarding and adoption
  • Support customers post go-live, maintaining value delivery throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Act as a technical escalation partner, collaborating with Product and Engineering on improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or related technical roles within a cloud/SaaS company
  • Experience in a US-based early-stage B2B SaaS environment
  • Fluency in English and French is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the UK
