Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - UK (French Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the implementation lifecycle for regional customers, ensuring timely onboarding and adoption
- Support customers post go-live, maintaining value delivery throughout the customer lifecycle
- Act as a technical escalation partner, collaborating with Product and Engineering on improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or related technical roles within a cloud/SaaS company
- Experience in a US-based early-stage B2B SaaS environment
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Legally authorized to work in the UK
