Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for US DOD, Air Force

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand First Alert adoption and drive successful customer outcomes within assigned portfolio
  • Collaborate with Client Engagement Executives to develop strategies for portfolio growth
  • Design and implement programs integrating First Alert into customer workflows

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5-8 years of customer success/account management experience or military support experience
  • Experience supporting the public sector, specifically US Department of Defense
  • Knowledge of publicly available information and real-time alerting needs of public sector organizations
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to various audiences
