- Expand First Alert adoption and drive successful customer outcomes within assigned portfolio
- Collaborate with Client Engagement Executives to develop strategies for portfolio growth
- Design and implement programs integrating First Alert into customer workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5-8 years of customer success/account management experience or military support experience
- Experience supporting the public sector, specifically US Department of Defense
- Knowledge of publicly available information and real-time alerting needs of public sector organizations
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to various audiences
