Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Junior ML Engineer, Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with new customers on Arize use cases, data integration methods, and ML observability best practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building relationships with technical stakeholders
  • Interface with pre-sales engineering team to gather client goals and KPIs for onboarding

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proficiency in a programming language (Python, R, Java, Go, etc), and SQL
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Understanding of ML/DS concepts, model evaluation strategies, and lifecycle
