Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in CS Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a related role at a B2B SaaS company
- Proficiency in using AI tools in daily work
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in data
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically in building reports and dashboards
- Advanced spreadsheet skills for data cleaning and structuring
