Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success and Support Operations Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer renewals end-to-end in Salesforce, following established workflows
  • Support Tier 1 ticket handling in Zendesk by triaging, routing, and resolving common issues
  • Maintain data accuracy across tools and contribute to documentation and process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in support, customer success, sales operations, or revenue operations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and high-volume data work
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or a comparable support platform
  • Availability to overlap with US business hours (PST or EST preferred)
