Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success and Support Operations Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer renewals end-to-end in Salesforce, following established workflows
- Support Tier 1 ticket handling in Zendesk by triaging, routing, and resolving common issues
- Maintain data accuracy across tools and contribute to documentation and process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in support, customer success, sales operations, or revenue operations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and high-volume data work
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
- Familiarity with Zendesk or a comparable support platform
- Availability to overlap with US business hours (PST or EST preferred)
