Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and scale the Customer Success operating infrastructure, integrating various tools to support automation and customer intelligence
  • Create personalized, data-driven customer engagement campaigns to enhance adoption, satisfaction, and retention
  • Build and maintain customer data pipelines and dashboards to monitor adoption and lifecycle progress
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Operations in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in designing or scaling a Customer Success operating system or similar infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with Planhat and data warehouse tools like Snowflake
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling with experience integrating multiple data sources
  • Strong collaboration skills and a builder mindset for complex operational systems
