Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and scale the Customer Success operating infrastructure, integrating various tools to support automation and customer intelligence
- Create personalized, data-driven customer engagement campaigns to enhance adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Build and maintain customer data pipelines and dashboards to monitor adoption and lifecycle progress
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Operations in a SaaS environment
- Experience in designing or scaling a Customer Success operating system or similar infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Planhat and data warehouse tools like Snowflake
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling with experience integrating multiple data sources
- Strong collaboration skills and a builder mindset for complex operational systems
