Job Summary

As the Customer Success Operations Lead, this full-time remote position will manage key operational initiatives for the Customer Success and Solutions organization, focusing on analysis, execution, and optimization to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CS leadership to improve operational processes and streamline workflows
  • Build dashboards and analyze key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for customer retention and expansion
  • Lead end-to-end operational initiatives, from strategy development to implementation and measurement of success
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Extensive project management experience handling multiple cross-functional projects
  • Technical proficiency in CRMs, preferably Salesforce, and customer success platforms like Zendesk
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical requirements and leadership needs
