Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead CS program improvements to impact critical metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Retention Rate (GRR)
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize the customer success journey, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our customers
  • Track, analyze, and report on relevant metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of customer success initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of relevant job experience required, less needed with degree
  • Demonstrated effective operational rigor in current and previous roles
  • Deep understanding of customer success principles, processes, and best practices
  • Familiarity with digital engagement strategies and methodologies is a plus
  • Technical expertise in system administration strategy, software development tools, practices, and methodologies
