Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to enhance systems and processes within the Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of core Customer Success processes
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for customer health and performance tracking
- Assist in identifying at-risk customers and collaborate on risk-mitigation workflows
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Customer Success, CS Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Experience working with Salesforce and customer-facing tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
