Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to enhance systems and processes within the Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of core Customer Success processes
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for customer health and performance tracking
  • Assist in identifying at-risk customers and collaborate on risk-mitigation workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in Customer Success, CS Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience working with Salesforce and customer-facing tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
