Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to enhance systems and processes within the Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and refinement of core Customer Success processes
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for customer health and performance insights
- Assist in identifying at-risk customers and improving workflows related to renewals
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Customer Success, CS Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools
- Experience with Salesforce and customer-facing tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
