Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager responsible for driving operational excellence across the Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the cross-functional liaison for Customer Success, ensuring representation in various organizational conversations
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities from customer interactions, and build dashboards for operational performance visibility
- Create and maintain internal documentation for Customer Success processes and support the internal operating rhythm
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree required
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
- Experience building dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, particularly with Product, Sales, and Delivery
- Experience supporting or enabling Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment
