Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager responsible for driving operational excellence across the Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the cross-functional liaison for Customer Success, ensuring representation in various organizational conversations
  • Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities from customer interactions, and build dashboards for operational performance visibility
  • Create and maintain internal documentation for Customer Success processes and support the internal operating rhythm


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
  • Experience building dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, particularly with Product, Sales, and Delivery
  • Experience supporting or enabling Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment
