Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain a framework of KPIs to measure Customer Success efficiency and impact
  • Lead the creation of executive-level operations reviews and dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Design predictive models to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities to support revenue growth
Qualifications/Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, GTM Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and specialized CS platforms, along with SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Deep understanding of the Customer Lifecycle, including NRR drivers and risk analysis
  • BS/BA in a quantitative field such as Math, Stats, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Familiarity with network security, incident response, or threat hunting is preferred
