Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design customer health scores and implement risk and renewal forecasting
- Standardize and automate customer success workflows and processes
- Own customer success reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields in B2B SaaS
- Experience in building health scoring and renewal forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
- Fluency in CRM and customer success platforms, including automation tools
- Experience with lifecycle design and operational changes
