Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in building health scoring and renewal forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
  • Fluency in CRM and customer success platforms, including automation tools
  • Experience with lifecycle design and operational changes
