Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable engagement models, playbooks, and digital touchpoints across the customer lifecycle
- Own and optimize the Customer Success tech stack to drive efficiency and create a single source of truth
- Design and implement health scores and automated signals for proactive customer outreach
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years in CS Ops / RevOps / Biz Ops / CS analytics in B2B SaaS or equivalent
- Proven track record of using no-code/low-code tools to build scalable workflows and automate processes
- Strong operational mindset with experience in designing customer lifecycle playbooks
- Ability to translate business goals into clear processes and system requirements
- Experience with user-facing tools like Intercom or Zendesk is a plus
