Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or operationally complex environment
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Salesforce
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Plat-Admn-201) required
- Strong systems thinking and process design skills
