  • Operationalize post-sale success metrics and support reporting cadences
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or operationally complex environment
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Plat-Admn-201) required
  • Strong systems thinking and process design skills
