Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to drive strategy and execution for their Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive feedback from Success teams to define strategic projects and process improvements
  • Work cross-functionally to support operational programs aligned with organizational strategy
  • Manage data integrity across post-sales systems related to Success programs and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success operations, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CS systems (CS Platform, BigQuery, Zendesk, Looker)
  • Experience with customer health metrics, adoption, and Success KPIs
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and execute hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills to build and interpret reports and dashboards for decision-making
