Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to scale the operational engine behind its Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to build and scale operational processes for onboarding, retention, renewals, and customer growth
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for key customer success KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the post-sales customer journey and optimize the Customer Success technology stack
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational role in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in building dashboards, reporting, and data models; SQL proficiency required
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and operational tools such as Salesforce and customer success systems
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and ensure efficient completion of deliverables
