Job Summary
To enhance the operational effectiveness of the Customer Success function, the full-time Customer Success Operations Manager will work remotely to build processes that link operational work to revenue and retention outcomes, while managing data analysis and campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the pipeline, ensuring alignment with bookings targets and lead generation strategies
- Execute marketing campaigns swiftly from conception to launch, focusing on iterative improvement
- Analyze data and build reports to inform decision-making and drive customer retention metrics
Required qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related CS role
- Proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools for data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of HubSpot and its integration within Customer Success processes
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement cross-functional processes that drive adoption
- Commercial mindset with a proven track record of linking operational work to revenue and churn outcomes
