Job Summary
To support a growing Customer Success organization, the full-time remote Customer Success Operations Manager will optimize processes, lead a team, and manage cross-functional projects to enhance customer outcomes and drive business efficiencies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to streamline Customer Success operations and improve efficiency
- Lead a team of Customer Success Operations professionals to enhance post-sales support models
- Manage large cross-functional projects focused on process redesign and analytics-driven improvements
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably in Customer Success within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive improvements in revenue workflows
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of executing strategies
- Advanced experience with Gainsight and Salesforce is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering; MBA is optional
