Job Summary
Owning and scaling the systems and data infrastructure for the Customer Success team, the full-time remote Customer Success Operations Manager will manage the CS tech stack, drive analytics infrastructure, and support renewal program operations to enhance retention and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the CS tech stack, including Salesforce CRM, by building automations and maintaining data integrity
- Write SQL queries to build and maintain the reporting layer for CS leadership, ensuring accurate metrics for decision-making
- Design and execute systems for the renewal motion, translating business requirements into scalable automations and workflows
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or a technical role with significant Salesforce and SQL exposure in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience building automations and flows in Salesforce, beyond basic configuration or reporting
- Proven ability to write and manipulate SQL queries independently from a GTM stack
- Technical familiarity with SaaS GTM tools alongside Salesforce, such as Chili Piper and Intercom
- Experience navigating cross-functional teams effectively without relying on authority
