Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Specialist to design, optimize, and scale processes that empower Customer Success efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and document repeatable workflows for customer onboarding, renewals, and expansions
- Own HubSpot CRM setup and optimization for Customer Success workflows
- Develop and maintain Customer Success dashboards and metrics to provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or RevOps
- Experience in SaaS, healthtech, or pharma with high-touch/high price point client base
- Strong experience using HubSpot as a CRM, including workflows and reporting
- Proven ability to design and implement processes in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills; exposure to AI for reporting is a plus
