Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Specialist to design, optimize, and scale processes that empower Customer Success efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and document repeatable workflows for customer onboarding, renewals, and expansions
  • Own HubSpot CRM setup and optimization for Customer Success workflows
  • Develop and maintain Customer Success dashboards and metrics to provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or RevOps
  • Experience in SaaS, healthtech, or pharma with high-touch/high price point client base
  • Strong experience using HubSpot as a CRM, including workflows and reporting
  • Proven ability to design and implement processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills; exposure to AI for reporting is a plus
