Job Summary

Supporting the operational backbone of Customer Success, the full-time Customer Success Operations Specialist will manage administrative activities across multiple business platforms, ensuring accurate project and financial record management, CRM maintenance, and LMS administration remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, coordination, and control support for Customer Success delivery projects, ensuring compliance and operational consistency
  • Process project and financial administration requests in the ERP, maintaining accurate financial data and escalating discrepancies as needed
  • Administer the Docebo LMS platform, managing user access and course content while supporting service requests across the Customer Success function
Required qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field with 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with multiple business systems and operational processes
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and identify inconsistencies
  • Experience working within a shared services or centralized operations model
