  • Coordinating cross-functional processes to meet customer needs

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in operations or related roles with technical support or customer success teams
  • Experience with support tools and applications
  • Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives in small to mid-sized organizations
  • Experience with Customer Success or Support Management systems
  • Experience with support and professional services is a plus
