  • Empower the Customer Success team in making data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in a Customer Success Operations or similar role
  • Bachelors' Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
