Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Ops Manager, Tools & Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and track strategic and operational programs to enhance Customer Success team efficiency
  • Develop CRM tools and processes to optimize customer touch points and experiences
  • Implement systems and processes to track leads, renewals, and upsells effectively

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success operations, CRM management, and digital experience management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Strong understanding of AI and MLL technologies in a Customer Success setting
  • Demonstrated experience leading field teams in Customer Success or operations
