Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product adoption and engagement for customers in the Americas region
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful onboarding and migration of customer data
  • Identify optimization opportunities for customer touchpoints and manage customer training materials

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement and extracurricular involvement
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in SaaS Onboarding, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Prior experience managing a large portfolio of customers with performance and retention-based KPIs
  • High EQ/interpersonal skills and a desire to build meaningful partnerships
  • Experience within a Health and Fitness technology SaaS company or related industry is preferred
