Job Summary
Serving as the primary virtual support resource for assigned accounts, the full-time Customer Success Partner will deliver high-quality customer experiences through proactive communication, order support, and relationship management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through various communication channels
- Process customer orders accurately and resolve any order-related issues
- Proactively communicate promotions, new product launches, and business initiatives to customers
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and order management systems
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Experience supporting customers in a virtual or remote environment is preferred
