Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-value agency partners, the full-time remote Customer Success Partner will help clients unlock business outcomes through influencer marketing by aligning CreatorIQ's platform capabilities with agency needs and driving long-term program success.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for complex agency organizations, owning value realization across multiple brands and clients
- Advise agencies on scaling influencer programs, balancing standardization with flexibility based on client needs
- Drive strategic business reviews and growth planning sessions, mapping CreatorIQ into agency workflows and client deliverables
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a strategic, customer-facing role, ideally supporting complex, multi-client or global agency environments
- Deep understanding of agency structures, incentives, and challenges, including managing multiple stakeholders
- Skilled at leading senior-level conversations and translating business objectives into platform value
- Highly organized and capable of managing a dynamic book of business with a proactive mindset
- Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, and tools like Notion or Jira
