Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Platform (CSP) Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and vendor coordination for Gainsight, managing project delivery and milestones
- Design enterprise processes in Gainsight, transforming business operations into effective workflows and reporting
- Define and configure playbooks, CTAs, and executive reporting while driving adoption and change management
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Gainsight enterprise deployment, especially in global or multi-region contexts
- Hands-on administration experience with Gainsight, including configuration and lifecycle management
- Cross-functional leadership experience with IT, CS Ops, CSM teams, and Sales
- Ability to manage implementation risks and anticipate potential challenges
- Experience in large, complex enterprise deployments with phased approaches preferred
