Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Platform (CSP) Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation and vendor coordination for Gainsight, managing project delivery and milestones
  • Design enterprise processes in Gainsight, transforming business operations into effective workflows and reporting
  • Define and configure playbooks, CTAs, and executive reporting while driving adoption and change management
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Gainsight enterprise deployment, especially in global or multi-region contexts
  • Hands-on administration experience with Gainsight, including configuration and lifecycle management
  • Cross-functional leadership experience with IT, CS Ops, CSM teams, and Sales
  • Ability to manage implementation risks and anticipate potential challenges
  • Experience in large, complex enterprise deployments with phased approaches preferred
