Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success PMO and Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a team of program and project managers, enablement specialists, and quality specialists
  • Establish and oversee PMO operations, including project planning, communication, and portfolio management
  • Develop and maintain quality programs and role-specific learning journey programs for the Customer Success department
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build program management infrastructure and operations
  • Strong organizational leadership skills and clear communication abilities
  • Experience standing up a quality or enablement program is a plus
