Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success PMO and Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of program and project managers, enablement specialists, and quality specialists
- Establish and oversee PMO operations, including project planning, communication, and portfolio management
- Develop and maintain quality programs and role-specific learning journey programs for the Customer Success department
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of people management experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build program management infrastructure and operations
- Strong organizational leadership skills and clear communication abilities
- Experience standing up a quality or enablement program is a plus
