Job Summary

A company in the business services industry is looking for a Master Data Specialist - Customer Success, Product.

Position Responsibilities
  • Collaborate, problem-solve, and strategize with team members specific to product data collection capabilities and opportunities
  • Understand internal and external customer product data needs and expectations for information
  • Assist cross-functional teams with implementing innovative solutions to increase operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
  • Three to five years of related work experience in account management, customer success, professional services, product ownership, or data stewardship
  • Analytical and process-oriented approach, Proficiency with data governance/management concepts
  • Demonstrated ability working with/manipulating data required, Experience working in an MDM and/or PIM system
