Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with customer stakeholders while delivering exceptional services
- Lead business development efforts and drive clients through the impact journey offered by the company
- Manage system configurations and facilitate integrations by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- At least 8+ years of experience in client-focused roles, preferably in an international supply chain technology environment
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience with analytic tools or applications software
- Fluency in English and Chinese
