Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and deepen relationships with customer stakeholders while delivering exceptional services
  • Lead business development efforts and drive clients through the impact journey offered by the company
  • Manage system configurations and facilitate integrations by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders


Required Qualifications
  • At least 8+ years of experience in client-focused roles, preferably in an international supply chain technology environment
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience with analytic tools or applications software
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
