Job Summary
Acting as a strategic partner and program manager, the full-time remote Customer Success Strategist & Program Manager will own the planning processes, drive critical initiatives, and translate high-level strategies into actionable execution plans within the Customer Success organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and drive the annual and quarterly planning processes, including OKR development and executive alignment
- Manage end-to-end program execution for strategic CSM initiatives, ensuring clarity and accountability across workstreams
- Partner with analytics and finance teams to synthesize data into strategic insights that inform Customer Success strategies
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, strategy, consulting, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment
- Preferred experience in a Chief of Staff or CS Strategy role at a high-growth SaaS company
- Background in cybersecurity or related technology markets is preferred
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery
