Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success Programs & Enablement to lead customer support and develop educational programs that enhance customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of customer-facing support specialists and set priorities for customer experience
  • Design and operate a Product Manager Academy to enhance product adoption and customer education
  • Develop AI-powered customer success programs and oversee the strategy for product migration education


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success, customer education, or enablement within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in managing customer-facing teams and building educational programs
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation in customer success programs
  • Strong program management skills and experience in developing training content and resources
  • Analytical skills to measure and report on program performance effectively
