Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer-facing support specialists and set priorities for customer experience
- Design and operate a Product Manager Academy to enhance product adoption and customer education
- Develop AI-powered customer success programs and oversee the strategy for product migration education
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success, customer education, or enablement within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience in managing customer-facing teams and building educational programs
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation in customer success programs
- Strong program management skills and experience in developing training content and resources
- Analytical skills to measure and report on program performance effectively
