Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Services Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage professional services projects for customers
  • Conduct project kick-off and status meetings with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project task completion
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional services or customer service setting
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects concurrently
  • SalesForce and/or Certinia experience is a plus
