Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Services Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage professional services projects for customers
- Conduct project kick-off and status meetings with stakeholders
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project task completion
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional services or customer service setting
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects concurrently
- SalesForce and/or Certinia experience is a plus
