Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Project Manager to join their Customer Success Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for new customer implementations and provide project status updates
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to governance standards
- Act as the primary liaison between Data Engineering and stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing project risks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Coordinator role, preferably in a SaaS or data-centric environment
- Prior exposure to People Analytics or HRIS systems
- Experience managing data or technical projects, such as data integration or software implementation
- Expert-level proficiency with project management tools like Smartsheet or JIRA
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
