Customer Success Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Project Manager to lead customer implementations and serve as the primary contact for hospital clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical and clinical project plans for hospital customers from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support
• Lead customer meetings, status reviews, and training sessions while coordinating with internal teams
• Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and report progress to internal leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects for customers
• Demonstrated success in delivering healthcare IT solutions in hospital settings
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with EHR systems or healthcare data standards is preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is a plus
