Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Project Manager to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content, including e-learning modules and guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into learner-friendly formats
- Manage and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal knowledge platforms
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, LMS administration, or learning content development
- Experience using tools such as Camtasia, Snagit, and Gainsight for digital learning
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning experiences
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is preferred
