Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Project Manager to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content, including e-learning modules and guides
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into learner-friendly formats
  • Manage and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal knowledge platforms
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design, LMS administration, or learning content development
  • Experience using tools such as Camtasia, Snagit, and Gainsight for digital learning
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning experiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is preferred
