Job Summary

Focusing on renewals management and customer retention, the contract Customer Success Project Manager will work remotely to enhance customer success operations and implement process improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage renewals and retention strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and document success playbooks and processes for operational efficiency
  • Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder management to support product expansion initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer success and business analysis/project management
  • Proven background in renewals and retention management
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and requirements gathering
  • Ability to document processes and manage customer lifecycle effectively
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based products is preferred
