- Develop and document success playbooks and processes for operational efficiency
- Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder management to support product expansion initiatives
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer success and business analysis/project management

- Strong skills in stakeholder management and requirements gathering
- Ability to document processes and manage customer lifecycle effectively
- Experience with SaaS or subscription-based products is preferred
