Job Summary
Managing multiple client engagements, the full-time remote Customer Success Project Specialist will oversee project management, client communication, and financial management while ensuring adherence to compliance policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to client SOPs
- Act as the main contact for customers and stakeholders, coordinating communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee financial management tasks, including budget creation, invoice reconciliation, and compliance with country-specific guidelines
Required qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing HCP and patient engagements, including contracting and travel arrangements
- Knowledge of HCP/patient payments, including fee-for-service and expense reimbursement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems and experience with database management programs (Cvent preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a virtual office environment
