Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Renewal Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full renewal lifecycle for a defined set of customers, ensuring accurate forecasts and managing the Salesforce pipeline
  • Execute standard renewal motions, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales for execution
  • Monitor account health, lead business outcome-focused meetings, and capture customer feedback for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management within B2B software/SaaS
  • Proven achievement of gross revenue retention and renewal targets
  • High analytical rigor with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience using Salesforce and customer success platforms
  • Nice-to-have certifications: ITIL Foundation or customer success certifications
