Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Renewal Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full renewal lifecycle for a defined set of customers, ensuring accurate forecasts and managing the Salesforce pipeline
- Execute standard renewal motions, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales for execution
- Monitor account health, lead business outcome-focused meetings, and capture customer feedback for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management within B2B software/SaaS
- Proven achievement of gross revenue retention and renewal targets
- High analytical rigor with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience using Salesforce and customer success platforms
- Nice-to-have certifications: ITIL Foundation or customer success certifications
