Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success, Renewals Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a seamless, on-time renewal process for customers
- Lead the renewal cycle across all subscriptions and services while partnering with the Sales team on strategic renewals
- Engage customer decision makers 4-6 months before renewal dates to manage a predictable renewal workflow
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience working with executives and senior leadership
- Ability to build strong, trusted, long-term relationships with customers
- Experience in negotiating renewals and managing customer accounts
- Strategic thinking with the ability to make insightful decisions
