Job Summary
A company in the technology industry is looking for a Renewals Manager, Customer Success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Renewal Managers responsible for closing renewals for the Corporate and Enterprise Customer Success teams
- Build and execute a renewal process that scales across teams
- Analyze renewal data to ensure success in hitting targets consistently
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in leadership roles or relevant experience
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Proven track record of consistently delivering business targets and quotas
- Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with Enterprise customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
