Job Summary

Customer Success Renewals Representative is a full-time position responsible for renewing customer maintenance contracts, upselling premium services, and ensuring customer retention through effective management of customer relationships and sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overachieve quota tied to territory renewal and expansion goals
  • Manage annual pipeline by conducting customer experience assessments and environment health checks
  • Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Advanced level proficiency in English and German
  • Relevant work experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs
  • Experience with complex customer requests and escalations in a multi-functional team environment
