Job Summary
Customer Success Renewals Representative is a full-time position responsible for renewing customer maintenance contracts, upselling premium services, and ensuring customer retention through effective management of customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Overachieve quota tied to territory renewal and expansion goals
- Manage annual pipeline by conducting customer experience assessments and environment health checks
- Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; a combination of education and experience will be considered
- Advanced level proficiency in English and German
- Relevant work experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs
- Experience with complex customer requests and escalations in a multi-functional team environment
