Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and train Reps to ensure their success in picking up and reselling items
  • Build and maintain relationships of mutual respect and trust with each Rep
  • Monitor Rep performance and communicate expectations while holding them accountable to policies
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service or client service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Some college experience preferred
  • Innovative and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Coaching and motivational abilities
