Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a similar position
- High School Diploma/GED, two-year degree preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage
