Job Summary

- Takes ownership of Tier 1-4 customer issues and ensures resolution while keeping clients informed
- Ensures timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Communicates customer issues and aligns with other departments for escalation
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a Call Center is required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to learn new software and systems
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of business results
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
