Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to take ownership of client success and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Takes ownership of customer issues and follows through to resolution
- Ensures timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs
- Communicates customer issues and aligns with other departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Call Center/Dispatch preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to learn new software and systems
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Comfort with ambiguity and sound decision-making skills
