Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to take ownership of client success and ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Takes ownership of customer issues and follows through to resolution
  • Ensures timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs
  • Communicates customer issues and aligns with other departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Call Center/Dispatch preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to learn new software and systems
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Comfort with ambiguity and sound decision-making skills
